Over time, we observed a consistent gap between what companies were promised by traditional staffing and outsourcing models and what they actually experienced in practice.

EMC Nearshore Talent is led by a founding team whose combined experience spans U.S.-based business operations and on-the-ground recruitment in Mexico.
Based in Mérida, Yucatán, we work directly within the Mexican professional environment while maintaining a clear understanding of U.S. business expectations.
